when we first landed, we stopped off at the local 7/11 for a little something to hold us over until we got to our dorm. to our joy, we discovered these beauties waiting for us. i stil have no idea what half of these things are but nonetheless, these are the common every day delectables in taiwan. i have found the 7/11 is their equivalent to our target. one of the nurses even admitted to going there about 10 times a day. i have only been a couple of times but you can tell it's a staple for man of the locals.

it's truly a magical place.
